We promote family-friendly flexible working opportunities, where operational and security needs allow.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Corporate Services HR Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ref Id:<\/strong> 04\/18 LOS<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Grade:<\/strong> A2 (L)<br \/>\n<strong>Type of Position:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Job Category:<\/strong> Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Operations and Corporate Services)<br \/>\n<strong>Job Subcategory:<\/strong> HR<br \/>\n<strong>Start Date:<\/strong> 1st May 2018<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Purpose of Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Corporate Services HR Officer will work under the direct supervision of the Head of Corporate Services Lagos.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate will assist the Corporate Services Team in Lagos, effectively and efficiently managing day to day HR functions in line with the HR Operating Procedures.<\/li>\n<li>The Corporate Services HR Officer will be responsible and accountable for delivering high quality customer service as well as provide appropriate and swift administrative business support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To collect detailed staff information from employees so payroll checks can be accurately calculated, distributed and deposited.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for all other Corporate Services functions including supporting the Corporate Services Team to meet tasks as required.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Corporate Services Managers or Heads of the department.<\/li>\n<li>To perform all duties according to the standards set out by Corporate Services Charter.<\/li>\n<li>Day to day HR administration of post HR Functions as defined in Regional Operating Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Meeting all payroll deadlines and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain third party relationships with our external service providers e.g. Health Management Organizations, Life Assurance Broker, Pension Fund Administration<\/li>\n<li>Signpost staff to Hub for response to HR enquires<\/li>\n<li>Organize logistics for HR related training events and induction days.<\/li>\n<li>Act as L&amp;D champion at post.<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of spend on L&amp;D budget.
