The company has earned recognition for staying ahead in professional Cleaning services in all major sectors of the economy, making a difference for their clients, employees and community.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accounts Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Ojodu Berger, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Accountant primary role is to assist in the administration of financial accounts management.<\/li>\n<li>Good management decisions rely on accurate and timely presentation of financial information of effective accounts department services.<\/li>\n<li>The role is to be performed with high standards of service to external and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Major Responsibilities &amp; Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise all financial report and day to day data capturing activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Well versed in Reconciliations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bank<\/li>\n<li>Stock<\/li>\n<li>Assist in month-end and year-end activities:<\/li>\n<li>Analysing General ledgers<\/li>\n<li>Preparing financial statement and schedules thereof<\/li>\n<li>Internal and external audits<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge up to Balance sheet<\/li>\n<li>Compliance activities<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks where required<\/li>\n<li>Debtors &amp; Creditors<\/li>\n<li>Collections<\/li>\n<li>Statutory liabilities<\/li>\n<li>Inter- branch &amp; Inter-Company Expense &amp; Income analysis:<\/li>\n<li>Prepare expenses and Income schedules<\/li>\n<li>Analyse trend and variances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, laws and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc. \/BA Accounting and related courses.<\/li>\n<li>I.T Proficiency (Well versed in Excel and other accounting packages)<\/li>\n<li>Professional membership of ICAN, ACCA etc is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Behavioural Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An analytical mind with strategic abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, complex environment and to adapt to change.<\/li>\n<li>Age Limit: Less than 40 years.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@gccleaningservicesltd.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@gccleaningservicesltd.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Short listed candidates shall be contacted through their e-mail and\/or mobile number; hence it is imperative for all applicants to ensure that these two modes of communication are active.<\/li>\n<li>Living within or Close to Ojodu Berger shall be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>We don\u2019t cover expenses for attending our interviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GC Cleaning Services Limited is a Nigerian based services company.
