Our Consultants are of diverse background and competencies across banking, finance, audit, and consulting and software development. The company has a workforce of over 70 staff including over 50 software engineers.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0User Experience Designer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Permanent contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe successful candidates will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluating our products and recommending possible improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Designing user flows to show how customers interact with our products and website.<\/li>\n<li>Performing split-testing on some of our product.<\/li>\n<li>Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Find creative ways to solve UX problems ( e.g usability, findability).<\/li>\n<li>Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting user surveys to gather customer input.<\/li>\n<li>Creating a style guide based on the findings.<\/li>\n<li>Developing a wireframe layout for our development team to follow.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.<\/li>\n<li>Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe job applicants must have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio of sample projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Architecture, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualifications in microsoft and oracle data base.<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@fintraksoftware.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@fintraksoftware.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the subject as \u201cUser Experience\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>23rd April, 2018<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Previous Successful projects of the interested applicants should be written in the CV.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FinTrak Software Co.
