We provide Viability Assessments.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Parking Lot Technician<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The right candidate MUST have experience(s) in Parking Control or Access Control systems which will be a major plus.<\/li>\n<li>Products include automatic barrier gates, ticket dispensers, access and revenue control computers and software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B:Eng in any of the following specialization \u2013 Electrical\/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, etc. Minimum grade required is Second Class Lower.<\/li>\n<li>We are seeking a hard working, conscientious, self-motivated high school graduate, with an electronics degree or equivalent, strong electro- mechanical aptitude with computer skills and good cause and effect troubleshooting skills.<\/li>\n<li>The right individual would have previous field work experience, a good understanding of electronics, be comfortable with using power tools such as a hammer drill, sawzall, cement saw, and also have good computer software and hardware skills.<\/li>\n<li>Card access and\/or alarm experience a plus.<\/li>\n<li>You must possess a good driving record.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must be able to do some light lifting, be neat in appearance, have good communication skills, and be willing to work in a non-smoking environment.<\/li>\n<li>You must be available for occasional after-hours on-call work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We offer a pleasant, non-smoking environment with a competitive salary.<\/li>\n<li>Compensation based on qualifications and experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Parking Lot Attendant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong>\u00a0Full&amp;Part Time<br \/>\n<strong>Reports To:<\/strong> Parking Supervisor and\/or Operations Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual will be an integral part of the warm welcome and fond farewell process by greeting all customers.<\/li>\n<li>Individual will assist the cashier and supervisor in directing customers into and throughout a parking lot or facility.<\/li>\n<li>Individual will have some safety and loss prevention responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Individual will learn and use aggressive hospitality concepts at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must attend all continued training seminars and classes when called upon.<\/li>\n<li>Must attend all meetings required by property and corporate office.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a working knowledge of valet cashier\/dispatch description.<\/li>\n<li>Must adhere to associate-parking restrictions.<\/li>\n<li>Must adhere to associate posting procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Must follow all policies as outlined in CPS Employment Handbook.<\/li>\n<li>Must perform at a high level in aggressive hospitality at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Must observe oversize vehicle procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Must observe handicap vehicle procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Must introduce upset customer to manager or supervisor in a professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Must assist in lot checks by being observant for potential problems in the parking lot.<\/li>\n<li>Must report all incidents and accidents no matter how minor to a manager or supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Must report all personal injuries suffered while working to a manager or supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Relationships:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All parking customers, property and parking associates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Standard Specifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual will remain in proper position as directed by the supervisor or Project Manager. Individual will be attentive to all customers and coworkers. Individual will perform in a professional manner at all times.
