This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000, got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ibadan, Oyo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop periodic (Annual, Biannual, Quarterly, Monthly) sales plan to achieve the company\u2019s sales objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop SMART nationwide strategies for executing proposed sales plan.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and manage sales vendor contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth by focusing on secondary sales.<\/li>\n<li>Work with other managers to implement the company\u2019s policies and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the Sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Be an example to the Sales Team in areas of personal character, commitment, work habits, ethics, organizational and selling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of sales plans and strategies to meet set objective<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing the sales team for optimum sales performance \u2013 assign sales territories, market routes, set regional targets, coach\/train\/develop sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, prospecting calls, appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Periodic performance review of sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and develop action plans for sales leads, prospects, and penetrating new markets.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely feedback and reports to senior management regarding Fastizer\u2019s sales performance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer relationships to solve problems and ensure client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper product mix and protect the companies interest against concentration risk and other market risks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Determination and the drive to work towards targets.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants MUST be resident in Ibadan<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must have knowledge of every major markets in Ibadan-Agbeni market, Dugbe, Ogunpa, Ijebu-Ode, Sagamu etc.<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory and management experience<\/li>\n<li>Large team handling capability<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated a record of achievement in a prior sales position<\/li>\n<li>MUST have worked in a reputable FMCG for a minimum of 8 years consecutively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@fastizers.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@fastizers.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the code SMI-004 as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>20th April, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only applicants that meet the above criteria will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies 5 years ago, desiring to cater to its immediate community.
