The company\u2019s objective is to revolutionize the real estate industry to the point where participation is feasible across all classes of income.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Corporate Communication and Digital Marketing Specialist<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to<\/strong>: Manager, Corporate Communication<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To play a critical role in Product Marketing activities and formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Study company products<\/li>\n<li>Follow and analyze market trends to position products<\/li>\n<li>Develop product marketing strategies (advertising, product launching)<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.<\/li>\n<li>Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio contents to online sites.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange webinars and webcasts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and direct email marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Work on printed materials to supplement online products.<\/li>\n<li>Attend product launches and networking events.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing the corporate social responsibility strategies and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Develop company and product brand strategies in line with company vision.<\/li>\n<li>Co-develop with the business development and Sales &amp; Marketing department business strategies to ensure uniformity of purpose.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for corporate events and giveaways.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating with media agencies for timely releases of Press Release and Media Coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualize designs and assist in preparing production budgets for annual report<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as may be assigned by the Manager, Product Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategic marketing plans and to help achieve business objectives<\/li>\n<li>To position and differentiate our brand in the mind of our customers<\/li>\n<li>Identify needs, gaps and opportunities for our business and make proposals to implement these<\/li>\n<li>Provide necessary marketing tools to enable distribution and sales channels to reach targets.<\/li>\n<li>Oversight and accountability for strategic event management<\/li>\n<li>Accountability and execution of a digital strategy to enable the business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain strategic networks and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for reputational risk management, budget setting and control with Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple projects and work within deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing and communication skills for a variety of technical and non-technical audiences<\/li>\n<li>Effectively develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)<\/li>\n<li>Develop design and content to implement marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate projects using relevant feedback from existing and prospective customer<\/li>\n<li>Manage content on Group website.<\/li>\n<li>Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Metrics<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance Area Key Performance Indicators (KPI)<\/li>\n<li>Product Marketing Effective preparation of online newsletters and promotional emails<\/li>\n<li>Effectively generate social media trends in favour of the company<\/li>\n<li>SALES % increase of revenues and sales from successful online campaign % of customers that % of customer base increase<\/li>\n<li>Reporting Prompt submission of Daily, Monthly and Quarterly reports.<\/li>\n<li>Effective distribution of online campaign materials<\/li>\n<li>% of developed product marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Develop design and content to implement marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>% of effective email marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>% of effective Press release and Media coverage<\/li>\n<li>Digital Marketing Effectively direct online traffic to the company\u2019s website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/ Person Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc, HND in any related course<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with ability to think out-of-box<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with latest trends in the digital media space<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of the English language<\/li>\n<li>Creative Content development and media buy-in.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years working experience as a Product and digital Marketing professional<\/li>\n<li>Active on social media<\/li>\n<li>Google Adwords\/ Analytics Certification<\/li>\n<li>Website and Graphics design skills \u2013 HTML, CSS, Visual Design, UX (User Experience), Canva, Photoshop &amp;
