We are managed by a team of professionals who are long term players in the IT and Telecommunications field.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accounts Payable Officer (Male)<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of sage 50 accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Prepare analysis of accounts<\/li>\n<li>Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date<\/li>\n<li>Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile payment with disbursement for field engineers across all projects<\/li>\n<li>Provide supporting documentation for audits<\/li>\n<li>Reconciling bank balances with the ledgers.<\/li>\n<li>Create jobs IDs on sage 50<\/li>\n<li>Post transaction to sage, with proper reference to Job ID<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, Quarterly reports on Project Managers Expense sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Track expenses and process expense reports<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile accounts payable transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of accounts payable<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of general accounting procedures<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in data entry and management<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizing and prioritizing<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Judgment<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Information management skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Team work<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Expert use of Office Suites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Male Accounts Associate is required for this position.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should possess a minimum qualification of Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, or Finance with at least two years\u2019 experience in project accounting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their cover letters and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@connigtechnoserve.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@connigtechnoserve.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0, The subject of the mail \u201cAccounts Payable Officer (Male)\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>30th March, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Connig Technoserve is a dynamic telecommunications and information technology services provider operating in Nigeria and parts of West Africa.
