is the premier large video display screen provider and offers the most innovative solutions for permanent installations (sales) and hire (rental) in Nigeria and West Africa.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marketing Executive<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a growth strategy focused both on revenue target and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research to identify new markets\/ customer needs and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop innovative proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate the unique value of the company<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for end to end sales process; from initial contact and understanding of client needs to delivery and closure<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to applicable laws and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization in all presentations, meetings, fairs, conferences, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner<\/li>\n<li>Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze current and past financial data, i.e. sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Organize and oversee advertising\/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events<\/li>\n<li>Initiate client engagement relationships, Pitch products\/services and achieve sales target<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and upsell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Skill Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University degree<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Goal-focused.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as sales personnel especially in a media outfit<\/li>\n<li>Media\/Brand sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Possess solid analytical, creative and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with office management software like MS Office suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who we are looking for<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude<\/li>\n<li>You are a good fit to a young and dynamic company<\/li>\n<li>You are approachable, honest, and a fun team player.<\/li>\n<li>You are open-minded and can react to change with agility<\/li>\n<li>You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are not afraid to take appropriate initiatives<\/li>\n<li>You are a quick and autonomous learner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resumes to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@onwardpaper.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@onwardpaper.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>3rd April, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Megascreen Limited (Onward Paper Mill\u2019s sister Company), a fully owned Nigerian company with its headquarters located in Lagos;
