We are interested in recruiting a superior calibre Staff Physician\u00a0with the highest standard of integrity, capacity for hard work, ability to build strong\u00a0working relationships and effectively interact in a multi-cultural environment.<\/p>\n

JOB TITLE: STAFF PHYSICIAN<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Role:
\nThe successful candidate will conduct regular out-patient consultations for our\u00a0employees and their dependents, attend to emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week\u00a0(on a shared rotation with other physicians), as well as implement the Company\u2019s\u00a0Occupational Health Policy and the clinical aspects of its Alcohol and Drug Use Policy.\u00a0In addition, the role may require working in any of our locations in Nigeria including trips\u00a0to offshore sites.
\nThe Candidate:
\nThe successful candidate must be eager to learn and improve clinical and professional\u00a0skills, work effectively in a team setting and possess the ability to manage multiple\u00a0competing priorities.\u00a0The ideal candidate must fit the following profile:
\nlMBBS (or equivalent) from a recognised institution
\nlFellowship as a specialist physician, preferably in Cardiology, Occupational Health\u00a0or Family Practice
\nlPrevious knowledge and practice of Occupational Medicine will be an added\u00a0advantage
\nlAbility to treat minor injuries in an out-patient theatre and critical analysis of all\u00a0emergency scenarios
\nlAbility to conduct and review various types of medical examinations including preemployment\/\u00a0pre-placement assessment of fitness for work, medical\u00a0surveillance\/occupational health evaluations as well as return to work examination
\nlCurrent certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life\u00a0Support will be an added advantage
\nlThree years post specialization and general professional training
\nlDiploma in Occupational Medicine, AFOM, or MFOM is desirable
\nlAbility to make presentations and conduct health education and awareness to
\nemployees and dependants<\/p>\n
