We remain committed to provide sustaining solutions to global needs.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Maintenance Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for making sure all assigned areas of the client\u2019s home and\/or offices are clean, neat, and tidy (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)<\/li>\n<li>Executing cleaning projects for one-off services<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate records of the corrective and preventive maintenance undertaken<\/li>\n<li>Organising and maintaining work and\/or home spaces on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities<\/li>\n<li>Notify the client of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs<\/li>\n<li>Involved in Kid Care, Old People Care and Pet Care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSCE and NCE, Trade Test, OND in any field<\/li>\n<li>Primary school Certificate Holder with work experience also acceptable<\/li>\n<li>Age:18 \u2013 45 years of age<\/li>\n<li>Ability to relate well with other people is key<\/li>\n<li>Ability to care specially for Children and Old People<\/li>\n<li>Personal Hygiene and Grooming is important<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate \u2013 written &amp; oral skills<\/li>\n<li>Must live in Lagos or Ogun State<\/li>\n<li>0-3 years experience.
