Our mission is to provide professional and quality service delivery on information and communication technology that are reliable, timely and cost effective; to our esteemed clients through our highly skilled and dedicated workforce, partners and technology, returning value to our stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Office Assistant\/Cleaner<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Ikeja, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a smart and energetic office assistant\/cleaner to assist in business support operations and maintain the general ambience of our facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Routine janitorial work including, cleaning all office spaces, interiors, toilets and immediate surroundings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring generator\/inverter is turned on\/off as required by the business<\/li>\n<li>Setting up and clearing up conference room before and after meetings or trainings or as directed.<\/li>\n<li>Perform minor errands for office staff as directed<\/li>\n<li>Any other task as may be assigned by BSG.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for the overall cleaning, general maintenance plus communication of facility needs and\/or unusual occurrences to Business Support Group (BSG).<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to sweep and mop floors, dusts and clean walls, remove cobwebs and dusts light fixtures\/fans\/furniture at scheduled intervals and as directed.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to sanitize as well as detail bathroom fixtures \/mirrors and replace consumables as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Remove debris other trash from the facility\/Remove stains from such surfaces as furniture, drapes, walls, and also floors at scheduled intervals and as directed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English<\/li>\n<li>Personal Hygiene, Integrity and sense of urgency<\/li>\n<li>This role is strictly for residents within Ikeja and close environs.<\/li>\n<li>Prior working experience as a cleaner<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide 2 acceptable guarantors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN18,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should kindly forward their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@bochsystems.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@bochsystems.net<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Using \u201cOffice Cleaner\u201d as subject of mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>29th March, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Only candidates resident in Ikeja and close environs would be considered.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Boch Systems Company Limited (BOCH) is a leading Systems Integration Company of choice.
