excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach with a good understanding of information technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse the feasibility of, and develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure the system design fits the needs.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing an overall change management strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and document business rules, functions and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Direct or participate in studies of new and existing programs and special projects to determine feasibility, resolve problems including organizational, procedural, technical and fiscal research and analysis; develop policy and procedure to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and\/or improve internal and external customer service; develop information system documentation to support efficient operations; prepare reports and written findings and recommendations; and monitors changes.<\/li>\n<li>Use data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes;<\/li>\n<li>Assist businesses with basic skills to enhance overall entrepreneurship and business management capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Help design, document and maintain system processes<\/li>\n<li>Communicate key insights and findings to product team<\/li>\n<li>Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems and input and output requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications; write detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for improving business processes and assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and\/or operational changes.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize and conduct business process reengineering\/improvement projects and\/or management reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Research and prepare statistical reports.<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in management decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree preferably in Business Administration, Business Management and Entrepreneurship or any related Social Science discipline.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 previous work experience as a Business developer\/business plan expert.<\/li>\n<li>Professional Certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as a business plan expert.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to motivate others and lead change;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work in groups, analyse data, use technology and manage Project<\/li>\n<li>Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge in generating process documentation<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audience;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s and Cover Letters to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@aquarianconsult.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cv@aquarianconsult.com<\/strong><\/a>Using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the email.<br \/>\n<strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>10th April, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aquarian Consult Limited \u2013 A twenty-first century (21st) Century blue-chip organization committed to providing Strategic Business Solutions that will add value and create wealth for clients.
