Today, Promasidor holds a leading position in the Nigerian powdered milk market with its COWBELL MILK brand.<\/p>\n<p>promasidor, which has found its way into the hearts and homes of thousands of consumers\u00a0is seeking the services of a talented, resourceful and experienced person to fill the under-listed vacancy in our Organization: <strong>Supervisor ICT- Support<\/strong>, Reports to Head ICT Operations<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for developing and enhancing business system in order to ensure they function more efficiently.<br \/>\nEnsure the timely resolution of ICT Resources users\u2019 problems\/issues\/question in a professional manner to minimise any downtime of business activities and\/ or optimise their use of ICT resources<br \/>\nSupport Promasidor\u2019s LAN\/ WAN and Telephony infrastructure applications [operating systems, e-mail systems etc] to ensure that they provide adequate support to the users, application and infrastructure they support<br \/>\nManagement of service providers to ensure they deliver optimal value to the company based on agreed term<br \/>\nEnsure that all \u201cICT hard assets\u201d within Promasidor are as available, functional, installed and used in a secure, safe and efficient way, this includes: computer hardware {CPU, printers, peripherals, accessories, etc.}. UPS, etc\u2026<br \/>\nManage Promasidor\u2019s software assets and ensure up to date customisation of all desktops and laptops, clients operating systems and application.<br \/>\nCompetency Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of standard programming process<br \/>\nEagerness and ability to learn apply and retain new skills<br \/>\nAttention to details<br \/>\nWillingness to follow procedures<br \/>\nProfessional and effective communication skills [with technical and non -technical skills]<br \/>\nResponsibility for own work<br \/>\nQualification<\/p>\n<p>B.Sc (minimum second class lower) HND (minimum lower credit) in computer science, information technology, electrical electronics engineering or other related course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Person specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 3 years programming experience in similar job .
