It\u2019s an on trade dominated market but with a fast-growing off-trade channel.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Supplier to Plant Quality Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>AutoReq Id<\/strong>: 60799BR<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Function:<\/strong> Supply<br \/>\n<strong>Type of Job<\/strong>: Employee<br \/>\n<strong>Reports To<\/strong>: Head of Governance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Context of the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The need to remain competitive and conduct business in a sustainable and responsible manner requires the establishment of effective supplier quality management.<\/li>\n<li>Enhancement of Supplier inputs quality is critical in meeting the quality improvements required to achieve this standard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To collaboratively manage Quality Audits and on-going improvement of delivered inputs for Packaging components and Services activities across Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Complexity of the role<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with Procurement, Production, Packaging, Brewery Logistic and Customer Services departments to ensure that target volumes and quality are achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role holder ensures that adequate guidance is provided to the team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Top Accountabilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the introduction of new Vendors through implement accreditation audits of Supplier premises before engagement, Liaison visits, and incoming inspection\/ plant scale trials.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the Audit schedule for all component stores to ensure adherence to storage and handling standards.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the programme for Third Party Operations (TPO) audits and prepare annual plan\/schedule for Third party Operation audits and Technical Liaison visits.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to specified quality standards through rigorous accreditation audits of Supplier premises prior to engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Manage fitness for purpose and due diligence checks for new glass bottles through in- house and third party analyses and plant scale trials.<\/li>\n<li>Manage supplier non-conformance report (SNCR) for all packaging components and liaise with Vendors on SNCR and ensure corrective actions are duly closed out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/University degree in Sciences or related field. Master\u2019s degree may be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and achievement-oriented leader.
