Whilst, covering all industry sectors we provide Organizational Development Consulting services aimed at building and strengthening the internal capacity of all businesses and individuals.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Pharmacist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position will allow an experienced Pharmacist be in an environment that promotes health care and education.<\/li>\n<li>This person must be patient directed, clinically oriented, and have a vision to take this new pharmacy to the next level of patient care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fill prescriptions accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain positive relationships with patients\/customers, team members and leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Hold pharmacy technicians accountable for results in an appropriate and effective manner and have a vision to expand and grow the pharmacy business.<\/li>\n<li>Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians and interns to be effective team members.<\/li>\n<li>Motivate team members to perform to their highest level.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills and agent of change.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload.<\/li>\n<li>Listen to the patient and resolve patient\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n<li>Will be responsible for all the pharmacy operations<\/li>\n<li>This job profile is not meant to be all inclusive of the responsibilities of this position; may perform other duties as assigned or required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Pharmacy<\/li>\n<li>Must be Registered and licensed<\/li>\n<li>Must have 2-4 years previous Retail experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have working knowledge of pharmacy systems, working knowledge of policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Must demonstrate the ability to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n30th April, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@jodaninc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>info@jodaninc.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0In the subject heading please indicate &#8216;Pharmacist Abuja&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jodan Integrated Services is a Nigerian and UK based Human Capital Development and Training Consultancy Company committed to building the human capacity of organizations.
