We are passionate about brewing and have a long tradition of craftsmanship, making superb beer from high quality natural ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: People Administrator \u2013 Sagamu Plant<br \/>\nReference Number:<\/strong> ABI075<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Career opportunity exist for a highly skilled and result driven People Administrator in our Sagamu plant, reporting directly to the People Manager, Sagamu.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will support the implementation of People practices in the plant to meet business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amongst other duties, the job holder will;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support with the People Administrative processes in the plant.<\/li>\n<li>Provide Administrative support for the recruitment process.<\/li>\n<li>Compile all payroll inputs in the plant monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the management of the Headcount process<\/li>\n<li>Support with Employee engagement initiatives in the plant.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with adhoc projects and analysis to support the People function.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the management of the JML process in the plant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe occupant of this position should possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree in any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Membership of CIPM, CIPD, HRCI or SHRM would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key competencies and attributes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to analyse information and make recommendations for decision making<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter and independent worker<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SABMiller is in drinks business, bringing refreshment and sociability to millions of people all over the world who enjoy our drinks.
