It\u2019s an on trade dominated market but with a fast-growing off-trade channel.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Brand Protection Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>AutoReqId<\/strong>: 61318BR<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Function<\/strong>: Legal<br \/>\n<strong>Type of Job<\/strong>: Non-Employee<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to<\/strong>: Head of Brand Assurance &amp; Corporate Security<br \/>\n<strong>Duration<\/strong>: 6 months Contract<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nKey Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and build cordial working relationships with relevant Regulatory Enforcement agencies across East and central divisions<\/li>\n<li>Develop cordial working relationship with market associations to manage counterfeit issues in each market<\/li>\n<li>Carryout market inspections monthly to scale the size and nature of counterfeit and copycat issue within the divisions and report back on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Support our 3PP on matters relating to counterfeit and intellectual property investigations within the East and Central<\/li>\n<li>Gather intel on counterfeit operations to support actionable raid actions against production, storage and retail facilities<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly reports on BP activities in the East and Central.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Sales teams in resolving complaints on counterfeiting within East and Central divisions.<\/li>\n<li>Support all Brand Protection initiative East and Central divisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Professional experience NDLEA, counterfeit\/ illicit management will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under little supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KPI to measure progress<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and provide intelligence on major hubs in East and Central<\/li>\n<li>Identify and establish relationships with key players in these markets (Executives of each market association)<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly formal engagement sessions with market associations to discuss our challenges and chart ways forward<\/li>\n<li>Sustain and maintain trust between GN and these association and ensure the association support and drive GN anti-counterfeit drive<\/li>\n<li>Get association to support quarterly engagements with Spirits and wine meeting with Diageo<\/li>\n<li>Intelligence gathering and dissemination against production, storage and retail<\/li>\n<li>Carryout market inspection to not less than 120 outlets across 6 trades monthly<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain stakeholder map within the region (NAFDAC, SON, CPC, Police &amp; Master\u2019s degree may be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>IBD Brewing Qualification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>5-7 year\u2019s brewery experience across Inbound Quality Management and Supply Operations<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Diageo GRMS, DWB and other Local\/International regulatory standards<\/li>\n<li>Auditing experience and Trainings<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and achievement-oriented leader.
