{"id":52528,"date":"2018-04-05T15:51:20","date_gmt":"2018-04-05T14:51:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=52528"},"modified":"2018-04-05T12:03:26","modified_gmt":"2018-04-05T11:03:26","slug":"kpmg-nigeria-job-opening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/kpmg-nigeria-job-opening.html","title":{"rendered":"KPMG Nigeria Job Opening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KPMG Nigeria \u2013 Our client, a smart card manufacturing company dealing with end to end identity and digital security solutions, seeks to recruit an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position below:<br \/>\n<strong>Job Title: Head, Human Resources<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Report to<\/strong>: The Managing Director.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the human capital efforts, ensuring that the company is attracting and retaining high-quality talent while also creating opportunities for growth and professional development for all staff\/personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the development and implementation of relevant human resources structures (people, processes and systems) to support the achievement of the company\u2019s objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and champion the implementation of an objective employee performance management process<\/li>\n<li>Manage the collation and preparations of performance bonuses, appraisal metrics and performance review plans for management before implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the effective management of all expatriates and or other contract\/ temporary staff.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a strategic advisor, functional expert and thought partner to the MD, regarding key talent strategies and issues, including succession planning, leadership development, compensation and benefits etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state labour regulation, conducting investigations and maintaining records.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training needs analysis, design and implement annual training plans with input from relevant function heads.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records.<\/li>\n<li>Nurture and foster a positive working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from a reputable institution<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7-10 years post-qualification experience and at least 3 years in a human resources manager role<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualifications from a recognised professional body (e.g. CIPM, GPHR etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the manufacturing sector is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competency and Skill Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and deliver personal accountabilities along with team goals.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of HR strategy, policy development and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership skills and demonstrable experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, business presentation, persuasion, and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of local labour and employment legislations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains integrity and professional ethics.<\/li>\n<li>Good listening and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kpmgng.avature.net\/careers\/JobDetail\/Lagos-Nigeria-Head-Human-Resources-Manufacturing-Company\/89\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Submit your CV and Application Online: Click Here<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KPMG Nigeria \u2013 Our client, a smart card manufacturing company dealing with end to end identity and digital security solutions, seeks to recruit an experienced and motivated individual to fill&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[35],"tags":[650],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
