As a leading professional services firm, we have much to contribute to public policy, business and society throughout the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: ICT\/Administrative Officer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IT technical support officers monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization.<\/li>\n<li>You could be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.<\/li>\n<li>To install, maintain, upgrade and repair a wide range of ICT equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Rectify problems relating to the malfunction of ICT equipment including software.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to ICT Support requests in a timely fashion to ensure minimum disruption to work at all times<\/li>\n<li>Assist with computer recycling and arrange for the safe disposal of used toner cartridges.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the administration of the telephone system.<\/li>\n<li>Install and upgrade both systems and application software as required adhering to all Licensing regulations.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain an inventory of computer hardware and software (including licenses).<\/li>\n<li>Perform preventive maintenance duties on items of ICT hardware, including the cleaning of Equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults<\/li>\n<li>To provide support for the school information management system (SIMS) and associated Software.<\/li>\n<li>Report any suspected security breaches to the ICT Systems Manager<\/li>\n<li>To monitor and maintain general ICT consumable stock to ensure adequate supplies are available in a timely and cost effective manner ensuring Best Value at all times.<\/li>\n<li>To monitor and keep a log of all breakdowns and alterations to the network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in Computer Engineering or any related courses<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 yrs of corporate work experience in\n<ul>\n<li>Computer networking and hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Computer science<\/li>\n<li>Computer software development<\/li>\n<li>Information technology<\/li>\n<li>Internet engineering<\/li>\n<li>Software engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n14th May, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@rytegate.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>careers@rytegate.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0&amp; Copy\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:HR@rytegate.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>HR@rytegate.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RyteGate Technologies provides consulting and information technology advisory services to a wide range of local and international clients.
