Fan Milk Nigeria is a well established and fast growing food processing industry offering wide range of products.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Account Manager\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Account Manager is responsible for managing the company\u2019s relationships with its Agents. He\/She is in charge of building long-term relationships with the customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to keep the Agents for as long as possible by helping to grow the Agent\u2019s business. He\/She will also be in charge of creating new business and expand the assigned territories.<\/li>\n<li>Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate sales from Agents<\/li>\n<li>Ensure productivity of Sales Assets deployed to assigned Agents<\/li>\n<li>Track sales KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Operates as the point of contact for assigned Agents<\/li>\n<li>Develops and maintains long-term relationships with Agents<\/li>\n<li>Makes sure Agents receive requested products and services in a timely fashion<\/li>\n<li>Communicates Agents needs and demands to the company<\/li>\n<li>Forecasts and tracks Agent account metrics<\/li>\n<li>Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out Agents goals while meeting company goals<\/li>\n<li>Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing Agents<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective Agents<\/li>\n<li>Service multiple Agents concurrently, often meeting deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of Agents transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in related discipline<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years experience in account management<\/li>\n<li>Account Management Experience, Client-Focused Solutions Experience, Project Management Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Communicate Agents Needs with Staff, Talent for Influencing Agent Management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously, Negotiation Skills, Listening Skills, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"how-to-apply\"><\/h1>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fan Milk Plc, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of healthy, nutritious and safe frozen dairy and non-frozen dairy food products with distribution channels across the length and breadth of&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
