By offering Solar Power as a Service, Lumos offers homes and small businesses a simple and affordable way to pay for electricity in small installments using their mobile phones<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Coordinator \u2013 Sales<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Function:<\/strong> Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting Relationship (Line Manager):<\/strong> Sales Director<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nOverall Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Role holder\u2019s primary responsibility is to manage Sales related projects and processes.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will manage activities, resources, equipment and information, track and analyze projects performance, expenditures, procurement and report possible or current blockers, risks, overflows and deficits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordination of projects in the Sales function<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate all projects before handing over to project owner e.g. opening and closure of new Point of Sales (POS) and Sales Channels<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate progress \/ tracking of opened Point of Sales (POS)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure open channels of communication with all stakeholders, MTN Regional Managers and Trade partners<\/li>\n<li>Support opened Point of Sales (POS) to trade optimally<\/li>\n<li>Liaise between Sales and other functions within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities associated to the company\u2019s participation at tradeshows or events<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all marketing merchandise necessary for brand visibility are available across all channels of sales<\/li>\n<li>Manage all Point of Sales (POS) data across territories<\/li>\n<li>Drive brand awareness across various categories and products<\/li>\n<li>Attend and present at trade shows and events on behalf of the company<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate creation and delivery of marketing materials and content<\/li>\n<li>Create trade marketing plans for individual products and product ranges<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze all sales project performance, cost performance, schedule and report to management on changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs, being able to suggest improvements of all the above stated<\/li>\n<li>Ensure crediting of all Demo systems across all POS<\/li>\n<li>Any other Business-related duties as required by the Line Manager, Sales Director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Business Management or Finance Field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 practical experience<\/li>\n<li>Above average proficiency in MS excel and power point is very important<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dimensions (KPI \/ Metrics Measurement):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Timeliness and accuracy of report rendition<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency in coordinating with regional sales team, all POS related issues<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and timeliness with communication to Sales Team<\/li>\n<li>Success of review meetings and coordinated forums<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Relevant Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated Ability to manage complex project<\/li>\n<li>Cross functional engagement<\/li>\n<li>Report writing<\/li>\n<li>Strategy development<\/li>\n<li>Process and policy development<\/li>\n<li>Conceptual and Analytical skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical minded<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Result and service orientation<\/li>\n<li>Effective team player; good with people \u2013 calm, good at building relationships<\/li>\n<li>Effective Communication \/ Presentation skills \u2013 written and oral<\/li>\n<li>High level of assertiveness and emotional
