The company\u2019s objective is to revolutionize the real estate industry to the point where participation is feasible across all classes of income.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Team Lead, Sales &amp; Marketing<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nReports To: Regional Head &amp; Branch Manager<br \/>\nDirect Reports : Sales and Marketing Supervisors &amp; Officers<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure the sales and marketing service is efficiently and effectively delivered in line with business plan expectations and that the service continuously improves to meet best practice and customer expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct responsibility to effectively market &amp; sellthe Company\u2019s products through constant sourcing of viable clients.<\/li>\n<li>Actively contribute to the conceptualization of marketing strategies to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of relevant correspondences and documents to communicate the Company\u2019s position on any transaction concerning new and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Develop effective training programs to teach new employees on how to win customers.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly motivate team members to close sales.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating deals with group and individual prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously set targets, weekly, monthly and yearly goals for the team.<\/li>\n<li>Fully participate in site inspections to activate sales transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in researching and providing market intelligence reports every quarter.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to developing and advising on marketing communication materials to promote the Company as a brand.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and disseminate information about clients and their transactions to concerned departments with Manager\u2019s clearance.<\/li>\n<li>Achieving growth and hitting sales target by effectively managing the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the performance of the assigned sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Report all Sales &amp; Marketing Activities to the manager.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve disputes amongst sales and marketing staff should they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of all sales income activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent follow through, ability to pay attention to details and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent people management and strong listening skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good leadership and team building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead the team without any intervention.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and manage both transactional and operational risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/ Person Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a B.Sc\/HND in any social science course<\/li>\n<li>MBA is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as a Product and Marketing professional<\/li>\n<li>Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with ability to think out-of-box<\/li>\n<li>Transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others<\/li>\n<li>Must be resident in Abuja and familiar with Abuja road network<\/li>\n<li>Must be familiar with the key business institutions (public &amp; private sector) in Abuja<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in Real Estate and Banking sector is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n11th April, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@cmbnigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@cmbnigeria.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and state the Job Role as the Subject.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CMB Building, Maintenance &amp; Investment Co.
