COOPI Cooperazione Internazionale, is a humanitarian, non-confessional and independent organization founded in 1965 in Milan, Italy. We are recruiting to fill the following positions below: Job Title: Area Coordinator \u2013 Yobe & Borno<\/strong> Main Duties\/Responsibilities<\/strong> Coordinates the implementation of the country strategy in his\/her area of intervention<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Coordinates the implementation of programs in the field<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Manages the team in his\/her area of intervention<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Facilitates good relationship with coordination team<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Represents COOPI and ensures relations with partners, authorities, UN agencies and NGOs in its area of intervention<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Ensures the reporting and the communication:<\/p>\n Manage the safety and security of his\/her area of intervention<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Profile of the Candidate (Education, Training, Competences, Skills)<\/strong> Deadline<\/strong>: 16th April, 2018.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong>Psychologist<\/strong> Project Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n Scope of the Vacancy<\/strong><\/p>\n Main Duties\/Responsibilities<\/strong> Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n Deadline<\/strong>: 23rd April, 2018.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong>Project Manager\/Psychologist<\/strong> Project Summary<\/strong> An age-appropriate individualised plan will include: recreational, psychosocial and educational activities to support the child\u2019s readjustment to family life, and prepare him\/her for reintegration into the community. The plan will also include life-skills and competency building for income generating activities and employment. It will make provision for children to be referred to health, nutritional and legal services as necessary.<\/p>\n These activities will be complemented by family tracing and sensitization of the communities of origin. \nProject<\/strong>: Protection and Reintegration of Children Associated with Armed Groups in the North East of Nigeria
\nReports to<\/strong>: Project Manager

\nStarting Date<\/strong>: 1st May, 2018<\/p>\n\n

\nUnder the direct supervision of the Project Manager, he\/she will:<\/p>\n\n

\nReports to:<\/strong> Head of Base \/ Program Coordinator
\nProject:<\/strong> UNICEF; Protection and Reintegration of children associated with armed groups in the north east of Nigeria<\/p>\n
\nBased on a consolidated care model for children associated to armed forces and groups implemented in several conflict areas over the years, COOPI will establish a Centre of Transit and Orientation (TOC) for children formerly associated with Boko Haram in need of psychosocial and other assistance before reunification and integration into their families of origin.<\/p>\n\n
\nUnder the direct supervision of the Head of base and in link with the Program Coordinator, he\/she:<\/p>\n\n
