By cultivating leadership and developing a culture of excellence, Jagal is dedicated to empowering people and building strategic partnerships that aim to achieve sustainable growth for the advancement of the Nigerian community.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant to CEO<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The company is seeking a high caliber Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer.<\/li>\n<li>The position will ensure the Chief Executive\u2019s office is run efficiently and professionally whilst maintaining an exemplary administration service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main duties and overall responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer, and assist in their day to day operations<\/li>\n<li>Extensive and complex diary management<\/li>\n<li>Using process improvement approaches to all aspects of work; identifying and implementing efficient administrative practices and anticipating future support needs<\/li>\n<li>Project management of complex, global admin related tasks and events across different time zones<\/li>\n<li>Being knowledgeable about the company systems and processes to be able to work quickly and effectively<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the inbox and deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence in a proactive, professional and timely manner (follow up on replies, recommend action to be taken, draft responses, and filter to appropriate people)<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate extensive and complex international travel including preparation of itineraries and collation of documentation<\/li>\n<li>Produce all types of documentation including preparation of materials in advance of regular key meetings<\/li>\n<li>Recording, transcribing and distributing minutes of various meetings as required<\/li>\n<li>Organize all logistics for complex meetings, conferences and events, liaising with internal\/external parties<\/li>\n<li>Preparing correspondence on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, including formatting and producing typed letters and memos<\/li>\n<li>Manage a high-volume workload proactively to a consistently high standard, by setting priorities, objectives and target dates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Legal or similar field of study<\/li>\n<li>A self-starter, able to prioritise workload<\/li>\n<li>A flexible approach to work<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work to deadlines and can assimilate information\/instructions quickly<\/li>\n<li>Strong team ethic and collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Senior Executives, ideally within a large company<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent command of English Language<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent grammar and spelling<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discreet manner<\/li>\n<li>Must have advanced Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience of formal minute taking<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to plan ahead<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with individuals of any level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/654743202\/?eBP=NotAvailable&amp;refId=ac47c0ad-48a3-46d9-945d-a9a2df935b0b&amp;trk=d_flagship3_search_srp_jobs&amp;lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_search_srp_jobs%3B3Rwt4IH2Sp20gr9N5r%2BLjQ%3D%3D&amp;licu=urn%3Ali%3Acontrol%3Ad_flagship3_search_srp_jobs-A_jobssearch_job_result_click&amp;lici=GcT4oaGwSqWNMhmHmSDQ1A%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jagal is a Nigerian conglomerate holding that operates leading energy businesses and manages a diverse portfolio of investments.
