AVA has three major arms which have been streamlined to meet our customer\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Specialist (Female)<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating the effective delivery of learning and development initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Development and review of learning and development activities across the organization, quality assurance of training and for developing special projects to address strategic learning and development issues.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying training needs and making recommendations for same.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the delivery of training and development programs and in a more senior role devise a training strategy for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate training and development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Helpline managers and trainers solve specific training problems either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.<\/li>\n<li>Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant be involved in the creation and\/or delivery of e-learning packages.<\/li>\n<li>Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good First degree in any Management Science\/Social Science related discipline preferably in Sociology or Personnel Management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in conducting training needs analysis and identifying development training needs.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and people skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and communication skills \u2013 written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of competency-based training practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in blended training delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Fast study ability and patient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2-3 years\u2019 work of experience.<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification e.g. CIPM, SHRM, HRCI will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Human Resources and fluent in speaking Chinese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nVery Attractive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n16th April, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@alfred-victoria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@alfred-victoria.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Any application received after the stated date above will be automatically rejected.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alfred &amp; Victoria Associates is one of Nigeria\u2019s leading ICT solution based company.
