{"id":53072,"date":"2018-04-11T09:26:55","date_gmt":"2018-04-11T08:26:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=53072"},"modified":"2018-04-11T09:26:55","modified_gmt":"2018-04-11T08:26:55","slug":"hamilton-lloyd-associates-new-position-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/hamilton-lloyd-associates-new-position-available.html","title":{"rendered":"Hamilton Lloyd and Associates New Position Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hamilton Lloyd and Associates \u2013 Our client is an organisation made up of several corporate entities, focused on supporting local and international Investment through local content strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate will be the principal executive and administrative support person for the CEO of this multidimensional organization, thereby performing a vitally important role.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will have a sincere interest in the continuous improvement of the performance of the company, possess excellent administrative and relational skills, value attention to detail, and be able to handle a variety of activities and tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take the heavy lifting off the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Be the right-hand man of the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and problem-solve on behalf of the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to set standards and procedures as it pertains to the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with outcomes of meetings on behalf of the CEO, including the minutes and reports from such meetings<\/li>\n<li>Assist with filing and organization of information in the CEO\u2019s office.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the CEO in a professional and congenial manner in person, in telephone conversations, and in written correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Write proposals, prepare and make presentations<\/li>\n<li>Write letters and other documents for the CEO, including letters of agreement and legal documents<\/li>\n<li>Discreet handling of confidential information<\/li>\n<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions for various projects<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development and preparation of budgets for specific projects of the Organisation<\/li>\n<li>Approve proposals and requests on behalf of the CEO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain the office calendar, including the schedule for the CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with other executive and administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in any relevant course from a reputable Institution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical and Soft Skills Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic Strategic Planning knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Revenue and Profitability knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement<\/li>\n<li>Project Closure initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Legal drafting and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Basic Market Analysis and Planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Knowledge<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial disposition<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Editing and proofreading skills<\/li>\n<li>Verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal &amp; Behavioural Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to take initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Trustworthy<\/li>\n<li>Good team player<\/li>\n<li>Passion for delivering results<\/li>\n<li>Gets things done<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker<\/li>\n<li>Creative<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solver<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good leadership skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@hamiltonlloydandassociates.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@hamiltonlloydandassociates.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>16th April, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hamilton Lloyd and Associates \u2013 Our client is an organisation made up of several corporate entities, focused on supporting local and international Investment through local content strategic initiatives.
