We are a leader in confectioneries and bakers\u2019 items. Our rapid expanding business means plenty of opportunities to step into the spotlight and acquire life time experience.<\/li>\n<li>Job location and working hours: The position is located at Alagbado Lagos, Nigeria. Working time is normally between 7:30am-5pm Mondays to Fridays and 8:30am-3pm on Saturdays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing new products or solve practical computing problems.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting research involving experimentation and modeling.<\/li>\n<li>Seeking to improve the performance of existing computer systems and software<\/li>\n<li>Developing new hardware or computing techniques and materials<\/li>\n<li>Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains confidentiality of information ensuring that top secret ideas are accorded the confidentiality they deserve.<\/li>\n<li>Acquiring knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other work related tasks as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant should have degree in Computer Science.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be a fresh graduate residing in Lagos State.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must have graduated with at least second class upper division from a reputable university<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be to learn new software very fast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><br \/>\nYou will need to show:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess high level of sound judgement, self-management and initiative<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer and technology knowledge and skills<\/li>\n<li>An ability to analyze problems and trace them to their core causes<\/li>\n<li>A systematic approach to work and problem solving<\/li>\n<li>A stickler for accuracy<\/li>\n<li>A strong ability to anticipate and diagnose problems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and classify large amounts of information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n15th April, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their Applications and CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@graceco.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>careers@graceco.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0The subject of the mail should be &#8220;Computer Scientist&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Graceco Nigeria Limited is a food processing and manufacturing company which specializes in consumer goods and the production of input for bakers and the confectionary industry.
