We set out to deliver the finest brands in high-end lifestyle custom electronics and system integration to today\u2019s technology-driven homeowner.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Procurement Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Abuja<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for both international and local procurements, logistics, warehousing, distribution and\/or financial forecasting activities to limit costs and improve accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives<\/li>\n<li>Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Analyse, optimize, and oversee inventory procedures<\/li>\n<li>Optimize warehouse functions and monitor stock levels<\/li>\n<li>Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement necessary supply chain optimization projects<\/li>\n<li>Develop requirements and standards (e.g. procurement, shipping, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Develop the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules<\/li>\n<li>Assess vendor operations (e.g. freight) according to quality benchmarks and standards<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the returns process<\/li>\n<li>Foster strong partnerships with other businesses<\/li>\n<li>Track KPIs and generate reports for supply chain performance<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty as assigned by management<\/li>\n<li>Oversee operations of the Supply Chain Unit, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the ordering process and tracking products throughout the chain to make sure they arrive at their destination.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and control average project inventory turnover within 90days<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for qualifying and managing logistics vendor across USA, Asia, Europe for consolidated continental shipment to door at the lowest possible rate within the shortest turnaround<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate favorable Service Level Agreement covering warranty period, payment arrangement, shipping terms, RMA policy, after sales support, stock swapping, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed<\/li>\n<li>Train and mentor Supply Chain Unit employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of professional certification in Accountancy, SCM- CPSM, CPIM, and<\/li>\n<li>CSCP, purchasing etc. will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years progressively relevant experience in procurement and Supply Chain Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skill\/Competencies<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with AdvancePro Inventory Management Software.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to comprehend legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of accounting or finance.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@hausba.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@hausba.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hausba SmartHomes Limited Founded in 2010, with a vision to becoming the leading brand in providing bespoke electronics and home technology in modern day architecture.
