Our world-class science and innovative crop solutions transform how crops are grown to enable millions of growers to make better use of available resources.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Key Accounts Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job ID<\/strong>: 1801275<br \/>\n<strong>Job<\/strong>: Sales<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve the revenue and volume targets for the assigned region.<\/li>\n<li>Execute the Go To Market strategy within the assigned region<\/li>\n<li>Ensure superior execution of Syngenta Marketing and Sales Strategy in the assigned region through distribution partners, retailers and sales executives.<\/li>\n<li>Build sustainable relationship and networks to drive Syngenta products to the end user.<\/li>\n<li>Promote Syngenta solutions with channel partners, key producers and influencers within the assigned Territory<\/li>\n<li>Regularly collect and report market intelligence and relevant value chain insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities<\/strong><br \/>\nTerritorial Business Accountabilities:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overall Crop Protection (CP) Business Delivery<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seeds through KAM, finance and facilitating CP demand and sales in collaboration with CU.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and direct KAM business strategies and plans consistent with overall marketing and sales strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KAM Role<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and direct business strategies and plans to achieve the agreed profit and volume goals for the (relevant) seed key account distributors, consistent with overall sales and marketing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and develop a high level of service delivery towards targeted Key Customers as well as investigate ways to improve customer SOW<\/li>\n<li>Business analysis of key accounts segments with reference and benefit to Syngenta<\/li>\n<li>Market insights and trends in the agrochemical industry<\/li>\n<li>Support with training and capability upskilling of the sales team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain right relationships along Value chain to drive business growth<\/li>\n<li>Assist and support the veg importer\/key accounts (dealer, agent, and grower) in terms of technical support, recommendations and training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WOW<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alignment internally within CU and reporting to BD<\/li>\n<li>Identify, define, establish and maintain influential relationships with relevant institutes and key veg. crop value opinion leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Service<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Market\/biz intel, Tech support through partners \/ CU, training \u2013 customers etc<\/li>\n<li>Manage and develop, Market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Experience &amp; Capabilities<\/strong><br \/>\nCritical Qualifications, experience and knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc. or B.A Degree<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the agricultural sales environment desirable, including customer set up, distribution networks etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in sales with over 5 years of sales-specific experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to understand customer needs, structure and business drivers<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and presentation<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and influencing<\/li>\n<li>Language skills \u2013 must be proficient and fluent in oral and written English.
