We have strong partnership with our drivers, established a strong framework for our customers to give quality rider experience all the time.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate all organisation\u2019s operational activities.<\/li>\n<li>Selected candidates will be responsible for improving all operational activities and expectations through the implementation of effective strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all the operation activities are working out accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute towards the achievement of company\u2019s strategic and operational objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all results from the operation activities against the company expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Appraising the performance of all operation staff and support staff members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as operation manager (fleet management experience is an added advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic IT skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with business environment principles and practices<\/li>\n<li>HND\/BSc degree in Business Administration\/Management or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n30th April, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@tripzling.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>info@tripzling.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tripz \u2013 We are a technologically-driven taxi company.
