We approach education and development holistically, emotionally and spiritually.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Digital Marketing\/Lead Generation Specialist<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you live and breathe digital marketing and lead generation, we want to talk to you.<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for a Digital Marketing \/ Lead Generation Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing \/ leads generation campaigns across all digital channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute all digital marketing and leads generation, including SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Generate quality leads for the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Design, build and maintain our social media presence<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report performance of all digital marketing and leads generation campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies<\/li>\n<li>Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience<\/li>\n<li>Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points<\/li>\n<li>Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell higher educational and training products and programmes to corporate organizations and public sector institutions<\/li>\n<li>Achieve and exceed annual individual sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Meet proposal deadlines as required<\/li>\n<li>Provide documentation in respect of all job related activities as required, including call reports, periodic budgets, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Develop business relationships with key decision makers in the private and public sectors<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit training and executive education proposals for addressing specific needs of public and private sector organizations<\/li>\n<li>Make formal sales presentations to decision makers as required<\/li>\n<li>Provide detailed budgets and costing sheets complimentary to training and executive education proposals<\/li>\n<li>Prepare marketing plans and budgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS\/MS degree in marketing or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in digital marketing and leads generation<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and\/or display advertising campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position with solid track record<\/li>\n<li>Existing network of and access to decision-makers in public and private sector<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of public sector procurement processes for educational and training services<\/li>\n<li>Key behavioral attributes \u2013 Drive, passion, outgoing, friendly, dependable, result oriented<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Personal mobility.<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate<\/li>\n<li>Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels<\/li>\n<li>Experience with A\/B and multivariate experiments<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Adwords campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/661808419\/?eBP=NotAvailableFromVoyagerAPI&amp;refId=f0217638-be8f-49aa-8226-9ed7a02a0fd9&amp;trk=d_flagship3_search_srp_jobs&amp;lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_search_srp_jobs%3Bf2hgA%2FGJSSSLNtIluX3eiA%3D%3D&amp;licu=urn%3Ali%3Acontrol%3Ad_flagship3_search_srp_jobs-A_jobssearch_job_result_click&amp;lici=diAUBZGGSuGt0Rt44ZOhQw%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Regenesys, we assist individuals and organisations achieve their personal and organisational goals by enhancing their management and leadership potential.
