Founded on a philosophy and style that has positioned her to consistently provide a reliable and effective work force as well as manage total overhaul, re-engineering and training services to her numerous clients since 2006.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Personal Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Core Purpose of the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To work closely with the MD, providing assistance and advice, managing a wide variety of activities and confidential assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Also work closely with the chairman on all matters related to the Board of directors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Task Complexity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the MD, providing assistance and advice, and handling routine matters<\/li>\n<li>Manage\/supervise special projects<\/li>\n<li>Prepare written and speech material<\/li>\n<li>Serve as proxy for MD in routine administrative matters<\/li>\n<li>Can be involved in decision-making processes.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the MD in shaping corporate and strategic directions to respond to current and future challenges<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing strategic connections and productive relationships with key external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Manages all matters related to the Board of Trustees and attends all meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Works with chairman to set agendas for regular and special board meetings<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates all material for meetings and manages all mailings<\/li>\n<li>Plan, prepare, and execute all activities related to and surrounding board meetings<\/li>\n<li>Serve as liaison for several board committees<\/li>\n<li>Manage board legal documents, including bylaws, disclosure information, and records<\/li>\n<li>Represent the Chairman at Meetings where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain permanent records of the board<\/li>\n<li>Manage sensitive matters and information regarding peculiar issues within the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Independent thought and Judgment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify appropriate approach (offensive or defensive) to company matters<\/li>\n<li>Personal Initiative in scheduling chairman appointments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any related field, a Master\u2019s Degree would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Specific Competencies (Skills\/ Knowledge\/ Attributes):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Contract Management<\/li>\n<li>Information Management<\/li>\n<li>Learning and Self Development<\/li>\n<li>Logistics Management<\/li>\n<li>Planning and Budgeting<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Service Level Agreement Management<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Relations Management<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Detail<\/li>\n<li>Data Management<\/li>\n<li>Event Management<\/li>\n<li>Financial Acumen<\/li>\n<li>General Administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@teclab-ng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@teclab-ng.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>1st May, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teclab Management Services Limited, is a specialist consulting firm dedicated to human resource services and management.
