{"id":53756,"date":"2018-04-17T16:01:10","date_gmt":"2018-04-17T15:01:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=53756"},"modified":"2018-04-17T16:01:10","modified_gmt":"2018-04-17T15:01:10","slug":"cornerstone-staffing-ongoing-hiring","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/cornerstone-staffing-ongoing-hiring.html","title":{"rendered":"CornerStone Staffing Ongoing Hiring"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CornerStone Staffing \u2013 Our Client, a reputable Blue-chip company, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Business Analyst \u2013 eCommerce and Order Management<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Client, is looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst \u2013 eCommerce and Order Management<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for reviewing data, providing insight, analysis and data solutions through clear visual, written and verbal communication that lead to setting out requirements for initiating works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the business analysis on small Programmes \/ Complex projects to develop an optimised solution to meet business need that is appropriate, deliverable and affordable ensuring the avoidance of incompatible architectures and maximising the leverage of existing architectures<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage business\/operational dashboards to monitor business line performance<\/li>\n<li>Communicate key insights to senior executives and cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Ensure solution integrity\/alignment with customer needs; benefit assumptions; and target architecture throughout Project \/ Programme life-cycle<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that risks\/issues are managed and\/or escalated with solutions\/options for resolution including where these compromise benefit delivery<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to deliver business solutions for programmes\/project\/s balancing time, cost and quality<\/li>\n<li>Frame and break down complex problems into key components, analyze large datasets to drive actionable insights.<\/li>\n<li>Support the creation of strategic KRs, and KPI scorecard reviews, and work with cross-functional leaders to prepare recommendations for course correction as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Master\u2019s Degree (e.g., Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics). MBA from a top tier school preferred<\/li>\n<li>5+ years experience as a Business Analyst<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience and excellence in driving complex and cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structured \u201csystems\u201d thinker. When engaging with any problem, you think not only about the immediate solution but also ways to help solve problem at scale through systems and repeatable processes.<\/li>\n<li>High-energy, positive team player. You have a proven ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships with business partners; this is a highly cross-functional role, so a low ego and a high instinct for collaboration are musts.<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial self-starter.
