You can find our Head Office in Lagos State, Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Graphic Designer &amp; Social Media Specialist<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a creative Graphic designer &amp; Social Media Specialist with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.<\/li>\n<li>You will work on a variety of products, including websites, catalogues, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity ,social media handles etc. and you will cooperate with our sales team.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.<\/li>\n<li>Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cultivate a solid body of work<\/li>\n<li>Take the design \u201cbrief\u201d to record requirements and needs<\/li>\n<li>Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data\/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions<\/li>\n<li>Must reside in Lagos (preferably Island axis)<\/li>\n<li>Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software<\/li>\n<li>Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts<\/li>\n<li>Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas<\/li>\n<li>Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval<\/li>\n<li>Work as part of a team with sales, executives etc.<\/li>\n<li>Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification<\/li>\n<li>Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action<\/li>\n<li>Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company\u2019s social content<\/li>\n<li>Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven graphic designing experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo\/video\/text), presentation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented\u00a0 with good multitasking and organisational ability<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual\/visual ability and originality<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas<\/li>\n<li>Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)<\/li>\n<li>Highly proficient in all design aspects<\/li>\n<li>Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Precise Lighting celebrates launching of lighting experience; designing and distributing decorative lighting around Nigeria.
