Integrated delivery and true consultative partnership is what you will help us provide for our clients.<\/p>\n<p>In light of this, we are currently recruiting for the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Project Engineer (Mechanical)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nRoles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains, repairs and installs plumbing and related fixtures and components.<\/li>\n<li>Repairs piping of various size and type.<\/li>\n<li>Checks safety equipment and replaces components such as washers, gaskets and filters.<\/li>\n<li>Inspects, repairs or replaces pumps, valves and boiler systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to Plumbing Code Requirements and reports back to supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Assemble and install valves and fittings.<\/li>\n<li>Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping and controls. 9. Install, repair and maintain water heaters and conditioners.<\/li>\n<li>Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim.<\/li>\n<li>Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains appropriate service and repair records.<\/li>\n<li>Researches, purchases and inventories equipment parts and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Responds to routine emergency calls for repairs and service.<\/li>\n<li>May train and direct the work of other classified staff in the area.<\/li>\n<li>Assists and serves as back up to other Facilities employees.<\/li>\n<li>Trains and directs the work of other classified staff on project site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering with wealth of experience in Piping or Plumbing<\/li>\n<li>5 years cognate experience in plumbing\/piping<\/li>\n<li>Possession of COREN and HSE, will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skill both verbal and written<\/li>\n<li>Good Team Player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Engineer (Electrical)<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report to the Project Manager\/Managing Partner depending on the site organogram<\/li>\n<li>Provide electrical inspection and evaluation services develop project programs and budgets for agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Reading design specifications and technical drawings prepared by other contractors<\/li>\n<li>Attend general and departmental meetings for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare conceptual designs, working and As-Built Drawings for projects engaged by the company.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain client relationships and communicate with clients to explain proposals, present research findings, establish specifications or discuss project status.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement design and construction of assigned projects according to laid down specifications or standards<\/li>\n<li>Providing analytical and problem solving support, employing engineering skills, in support of business and quality improvement processes.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bill- of quantities and documentation (Operating and maintenance Manuals)<\/li>\n<li>Advise and assist in obtaining patents or meeting other legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an awareness of trends, knowledge of the market and may also conduct research \/ market intelligence in the field of expertise.(Material sourcing and price Intelligence)<\/li>\n<li>Motivate and train staff as the need arises. Provide management and leadership skills, including some level of administration.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.<\/li>\n<li>Confer with Engineers, Regulators, Vendors and others, to plan and review projects, and to provide technical assistance.
