Our international partners give us access to technologies and techniques that can\u2019t be found anywhere else.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Trainee Embryologist<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Andrology \u2013 Semen assessment, semen preparation, and handling of SSC samples.<\/li>\n<li>Embryology \u2013 Tissue culture, oocyte retrieval, insemination, fertilization checks, embryo grading and transfer, oocyte stripping for IMSI\/ICSI, setting up of the ICSI\/IMSI rig and injection procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Cryobank \u2013 Sperm freezing, oocyte\/embryo vitrification.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Management \u2013 Quality assurance and accurate record keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Techniques (Senior Embryologist) \u2013 Laser-assisted hatching and embryo biopsy.<\/li>\n<li>Academics \u2013 Participation in scientific research and paper publications, assistance with review\/formulation of SOPs and quality management procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Administration \u2013 Attending clinical\/general meetings, stock management, data management, Cryobank management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. in Biological Sciences and\/or AIMLS certificate<\/li>\n<li>2 years hands-on experience in an IVF Lab with a minimum of 200 cycles per year<\/li>\n<li>1 year practical experience (including ICSI) in an IVF Lab<\/li>\n<li>ICSI capability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Personal Attributes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possesses a sound understanding of scientific principles<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills and a high sense of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Possesses manual dexterity<\/li>\n<li>Possesses good communication (verbal &amp; written) and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous and conscientious<\/li>\n<li>Highly self-motivated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@thebridgeclinic.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@thebridgeclinic.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using \u2018Trainee Embryologist\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>20th April, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the Bridge Clinic we give the best.
