EMTS acquired a Unified Access Service License from the Nigerian Communications Commission in 2007. The License enables EMTS provide Fixed Telephony (wired or wireless), Digital Mobile Services, International Gateway Services and National\/Regional Long Distance Services in addition to spectrum assignments in the 900 and 1800 MHz bands.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Officer, Legal Services (Property &amp; Litigation)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of assignments, leases, licenses and related documents covering EMTS\u2019s properties\/sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in conducting searches on land which EMTS proposes to lease or buy.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing and conducting first-level vetting on all leases, licenses and related documents covering EMTS\u2019s property, particularly base station sites.
