Supported by a network of engineers, an expert back office team, and our own meticulous attention to detail, the result is a first class service, a rapid response to any request and around the clock dependability.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Title: Cashier<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nDetails:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive payment by cash and ensure proper counting, flipping and scanning of same under the ultraviolet light (UVL).<\/li>\n<li>Establish or identify prices of goods so as to double check cost of same as documented on the sales quote for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Answer customers\u2019 questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.<\/li>\n<li>Cash checks for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.<\/li>\n<li>Sort, count, wrap and bank all cash received.<\/li>\n<li>Process product returns and exchanges.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all stock brought to the outlet\u2019s store are properly keyed into the system.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure correct product purchase prices are keyed in and change in same affected when advised by the finance department.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all stock paid for are properly captured in the system and shipped alike.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all stock paid for but unpicked products are captured in back order.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all source documents required by the Finance department are sent in on a daily basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O\u2019 Level or OND Holders only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Record and maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions at business unit level \/undertaking level<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation of invoices and purchase order for the respective financial transaction.<\/li>\n<li>Post sub-ledger entries and reconcile entries into general ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing correctness of claim, review computation of stocks\/goods amount and make necessary adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly revenue report based on list of stock distribution to customers\/client.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor company\u2019s various cash flow forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documents\/bills are submitted to accounts department for timely preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all inflows \u2013 cash receipts and collections from clients\/ debtors are banked and variances if any, are reported appropriately and immediately, ensuring preparation of daily banking report.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the input of financial transactions into the company\u2019s accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Execute other duties as may be required by immediate manager and other members of the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of HND\/B.Sc. in Accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Well conversant with ERP and SAGE Software as well as other Office application.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Professional qualification will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a reputable organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to produce report in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with juggling a range of tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and reporting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good Team player.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>A keen interest in numeracy.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think quickly, logically and analytically.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Store Keeper<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring stock in the store assigned to you.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring proper book keeping and maintaining complete inventory record including acknowledgements\/invoices as received from the delivery van from the logistics &amp; distribution department &amp; Customer.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring supply of stock to Customer upon proper scrutiny of the invoice, delivery notes and sales quotes issued.<\/li>\n<li>Do Continuous\/perpetual physical verification of stock to ensure accuracy of book stock.<\/li>\n<li>Following proper \u2018First in First Out\u2019 system for rotation of inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring stock handling so as not to exceed the allowed % as per company norms on damages to products caused within the store which are controllable by you.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for pilferages in store and is responsible to maintain maximum pilferage limits within the allowed % as per company norms.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring proper filing of records and checking availability of records at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Providing data based on demand from management or the stock supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping the store in accordance to standards as prescribed by the company in a clean and tidy manner.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping account of damages &amp;
