We provide semi-last mile services to improve nearly every aspect of your mechanical and electrical installations.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Stock Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring stock in the store assigned to you.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring proper bookkeeping and maintaining complete inventory record including acknowledgments\/invoices as received from the delivery van from the logistics &amp; distribution department &amp; Customer.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring proper filing of records and checking availability of records at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Providing data based on demand from management or the stock supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping the store in accordance to standards as prescribed by the company in a clean and tidy manner.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping account of damaged materials<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all transaction documents are sent to Finance department on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring supply of stock to sites upon proper scrutiny of the invoice, delivery notes and sales quotes issued.<\/li>\n<li>Carryout continuous\/perpetual physical verification of stock to ensure accuracy of book stock.<\/li>\n<li>Following proper \u2018First in First Out\u2019 system for rotation of inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring stock handling so as not to exceed the allowed % as per company norms on damages to materials caused within the store which are controllable by you.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for pilferages in store and is responsible to maintain maximum pilferage limits within the allowed % as per company norms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A skilled male storekeeper with good warehousing knowledge, good record keeping skill, must be versatile in stock taking, stocking in and stocking out of goods.<\/li>\n<li>Interested applicant must possess OND in any Social Science\/Engineering fields with at least 2 years\u2019 experience in warehousing or SSCE<\/li>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@marandmor.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@marandmor.com<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th April, 2018.<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MAR&amp;MOR is a building services company that is passionate about customer satisfaction, best practices and standards compliance.
