bring onboard our team, candidates who are Innovative with great Initiative and Integrity to fill the following positions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: \u00a0Senior Software Developer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expectations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve existing software<\/li>\n<li>Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)<\/li>\n<li>Participate in requirements analysis<\/li>\n<li>Write clean, scalable and documented code using .NET\/.NET Core with C# programming language<\/li>\n<li>Test and deploy applications and systems<\/li>\n<li>Revise, update, refactor and debug existing applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Required to Succeed in this position are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of BSc.\/HND in Computer Science\/Engineering or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 year\u00a0 experience in same role or similar field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with Web, Windows .NET framework and C#.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in using Asp.net, MVC, C#, .Net\/.Net Core, Web API, Json, Rest and SQL Server.<\/li>\n<li>Should have experience with Html, CSS, Javascript and proficiency in using Angular Js and JQuery.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft SQL database design, T-SQL and stored procedure programming<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on Agile teams using Agile methodologies such as SCRUM Ability to provide technical input for designs, functional specifications, and other project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, analytic and good problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in object-oriented design and development using software development best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Business Developer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expectations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Identify new business leads:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Research organizations and individuals using the internet (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential markets<\/li>\n<li>Research the needs of other companies and learn who makes decisions about purchasing<\/li>\n<li>Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings<\/li>\n<li>Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pitch products and\/or services:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays<\/li>\n<li>Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company\u2019s products<\/li>\n<li>Develop quotes and proposals<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person<\/li>\n<li>Develop sales goals and ensure they are met<\/li>\n<li>Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on new and existing partner either by visiting, calling over the phone or sending emails.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to their knowledge new products and promotions as they arise.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Write reports and provide feedback to upper management:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ensure to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical as regarding business to management and staff members in a clear and concise manner<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that requirements are met<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills to excel in this position are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/HND in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant course.<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years proven working experience as a business development officer, sales executive or in any relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding knowledge on Micro soft power point, Excel, Word, Corel draw etc.<\/li>\n<li>Innovative with strategic ideas<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding skill in prioritizing and assigning degrees of urgency to obligations<\/li>\n<li>Pay great attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and
