The Company offers life and non-life insurance products and services to individuals and institutions across Nigeria whilst also offering asset\/investment management services, medical insurance solutions and pension fund administration through its three subsidiaries.<\/p>\n<p>They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Insurance Sales\/Marketing Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Ref:<\/strong> PSS<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities (marketing\/Sales)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Determine clients\u2019 particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments; determining extent of present coverage and investments; ascertaining long-term goals.<\/li>\n<li>Sales\/marketing of the different insurance product &amp; services.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Complete coverage by delivering policy; planning future follow-up visits and evaluations of needs.<\/li>\n<li>Planning persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Expectations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To improve the organization\u2019s market position and achieve financial growth by getting new clients and retaining them.<\/li>\n<li>To builds key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.<\/li>\n<li>To manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of first Degree in Insurance or other relevant fields.<\/li>\n<li>Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 \u2013 2 years related sales\/marketing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ideal candidates should be of 25 years and above.<\/li>\n<li>This is not a tenured contract; the hired candidates have the opportunity to work with the organization as long as they may wish.<\/li>\n<li>Solid interpersonal\/presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English communication, Prospecting, Analysis skill.<\/li>\n<li>Must be self-motivated, ready to achieve, hungry to change status and build own network in selling insurance to family, contacts and network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Value Proposition<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base pay is N37, 000.00 per month + commission which is tied to every transaction booked by the PSS (without a broker intermediary).<\/li>\n<li>Base pay increases based on level within the career path.<\/li>\n<li>Once confirmed, you will be entitled to health care insurance which includes spouse and 4 children.<\/li>\n<li>There\u2019s opportunity to become business owner in the future supported by the company through the Franchise programme.<\/li>\n<li>Empowerment through relevant technical and soft skill trainings.<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly and Annual Bonus for set thresholds based on levels.<\/li>\n<li>Career path to move up the ladder is strictly based on performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:outsourcing@stresert.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>outsourcing@stresert.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using \u201cPSS\u201d as subject of mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>15th May, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews immediately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stresert Services Limited \u2013 Our client is a member of a group of companies licensed and well established in insurance services.
