We are an online platform where home\/office or workplace owners can easily search and locate trusted and reliable Artisans\/Professional for any kind of job or improvement they hope to carryout in the homes\/offices or workplace.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Female Office Assistant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures,<\/li>\n<li>Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure clients and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Maintain trusting relationships with Artisans\/Professionals, customers and colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Perform receptionist duties when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Answer all incoming calls and redirect them as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and plan meetings and appointments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Qualification: SSCE, ND.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Experience: 1 year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an back office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of office equipment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Good internet surfing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:victor@linkme.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>victor@linkme.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>25th April, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Linkme.ng is an online neighborhood Artisan\/Professional marketplace.
