Our innovativeness and excellence in service delivery has made us a first choice to our growing clientele in various sectors.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Facilities and Fleet Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nAdministrative services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the administrative functions such as invoice processing, expense reports and departmental expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and supervise procurement of store supplies with attention to budgetary constraints and distributes accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and assist with planning of office activities, and meeting, as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all risks, goods in transit etc Insurance matters.<\/li>\n<li>Track renewal of statutory licenses<\/li>\n<li>Provide quota comparative analysis by negotiating with vendors before approval of such cost<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the dispatch of all company documents to various locations<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate beverages, recharge cards and newspapers distribution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Facility Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure general facility maintenance like housekeeping, pest control, electrical &amp; mechanical facility issues, space management and equipment maintenance. spirit<\/li>\n<li>Prepare &amp; maintain annual budget for building use and facility maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the cleaners to ensure the office space is well maintained<\/li>\n<li>Generator maintenance and maintenance of office furniture, fittings and electrical<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fleet Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate the fleet systems to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets<\/li>\n<li>Plan, direct &amp; coordinate the operations of vehicle maintenance &amp; repair programme<\/li>\n<li>Maintain up to date record of fleet in the organization<\/li>\n<li>Organize driving test and manage driver assignments and pool cars operation<\/li>\n<li>Manage all Insurance matters<\/li>\n<li>Receive and process vehicle accident and damage report<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily fleet Management operations services<\/li>\n<li>Prepare cost analysis &amp; periodic fleet management and operational report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Safety programme and Accident management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify high-risk drivers, track drivers, driver behaviors and provide safe driving training and education.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate an accident to review and determines cause, fault and preventability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vehicle Acquisition<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor vehicle life cycle costs and suggest for disposal old vehicles just prior to cost cycle spike<\/li>\n<li>Review which vehicle is out of sequence and adjust its projected replacement times.<\/li>\n<li>Closely match vehicle to function, geography, and employee classification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n27th April, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:cvs@westfield-consulting.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cvs@westfield-consulting.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Westfield Consulting Limited \u2013 Founded in January 2012, by a team of forward thinking Nigerians with over 40 years of cumulative work experience in management and consultancy, Westfield Consulting is&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
