Our company is focused on industry-leading divisions with innovation power and global scale: pharmaceuticals, eye care and generic medicines<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Product Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> 239079BR<br \/>\n<strong>Business Unit:<\/strong> Commercial Ops SZ<br \/>\n<strong>Functional Area:<\/strong> Marketing<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Regular<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and design innovative promotional campaigns and ensure all business activities comply with relevant, act, legal demands and ethical standards.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and sustain the products\u2019 competitive edge. Analyze market and sales trends to gauge their effectiveness and optimize regional \/ national resource allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate strategic, marketing and tactical plans for on-going and future product launches and ensure their implementation to achieve sales, profitability and market share targets.<\/li>\n<li>Key account management by monthly visits to evaluate effectiveness of process, campaigns and to build rapport.<\/li>\n<li>Active participation in lectures, seminars, symposiums, etc. to enhance product and organization image.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and coordinate with various internal support functions and external agencies to ensure appropriate inventory management.<\/li>\n<li>Provide marketing and competitive knowledge on products to the field force.<\/li>\n<li>Answer all queries of internal \/ external customers as a product champion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Science or Pharmacy B.Sc. \/ B.Pharm<\/li>\n<li>Fluent spoken and written English<\/li>\n<li>About 3 years of experience in Product Management in the pharma industry.
