\/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Information Technology Manager manages and provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.<\/li>\n<li>Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate\/managing the IT department\u2019s activities and projects with a view to ensuring prompt achievement of the department and company\u2019s set targets<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and liaising with IT vendors and consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating and recommending requisite IT solutions\/products to aid business and management decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and implementing IT developments and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of the implementation, administration and maintenance of IT and internal networking (Wireless and LAN) Security Policies.<\/li>\n<li>Advance Database Administration, Management and Maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and coordinating documents backup and DBMS and recovery plans.<\/li>\n<li>Database Management (Mediguard): Creating User accounts, permissions and passwords<\/li>\n<li>Installation, Maintenance and Administration of Windows Server 2003.<\/li>\n<li>Configuration, Administration and Maintenance of Google Apps and Email server Management<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating the monthly capitation reports, providing periodic reports based on clients\u2019 requests<\/li>\n<li>Installing, supporting and maintaining hardware and software application, including Mediguard.<\/li>\n<li>Configuration and Administration of Microsoft Active Directory Exchange (MS Outlook) Server<\/li>\n<li>Configuration, Administration, Maintenance and advance Troubleshooting of Spark Instant Messenger server (IM)<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of Access cards production for Enrollee and Advance System maintenance and troubleshooting,<\/li>\n<li>Training of users on Computer system application and Database (Mediguard) administration.<\/li>\n<li>Advance System troubleshooting, diagnosis and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Providing backup to other staff<\/li>\n<li>Managing The company\u2019s social media network like facebook, twitter, etc and managing \/coordinating the update of information on them.<\/li>\n<li>Management of fast, efficient and easy access to Mediguard.<\/li>\n<li>Management of our online VPN service to ensure 24hr functionality<\/li>\n<li>Proactively manage internet access and website administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person\u2019s Specifications<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019 Degree in Computer Science or related field<\/li>\n<li>Postgraduate qualification in ICT or health-related field is non-negotiable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 8 \u2013 10 years\u2019 experience in information technology management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements\/Competence<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management and supervisory skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks<\/li>\n<li>Team building programs<\/li>\n<li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, word and power point<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Underwriter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Head, Underwriter shall evaluate degree of risk involved in policy and take decisions on acceptability of the risks involved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, I.T, Medical Management to resolve account specific issues<\/li>\n<li>You are expected to actively participate in Departmental and Company-wide projects.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with internal sales staff and external brokers<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and interpolate large amounts of medical claim\/capitation data<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate risks and underwrite using various forms of forecasting and rating techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Writing of Invoices to Companies\/Individuals<\/li>\n<li>Working on Client\u2019s Contracts and sending them out<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for processing of monthly capitation list, Fee for service list and cheques to various providers<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Prepare renewal letter for the client\u2019s premium<\/li>\n<li>Calculation of pro-rated premiums and sending to clients<\/li>\n<li>Proper monitoring of entry and exit of enrollees into the scheme<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of Filling of Documents<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of Opening of File for new client<\/li>\n<li>Updating of Clients record<\/li>\n<li>Keeping and updating proper record of client with outstanding premium<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Charging of correct Premium<\/li>\n<li>Generating Utilization Reports on Clients<\/li>\n<li>Updating guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Attend promptly to client\u2019s complaints and enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Providing routine reports.<\/li>\n<li>Collation and processing of Staff\u2019s commissions on Company\u2019s products<\/li>\n<li>Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates<\/li>\n<li>Prepare SOPs and procedures manual<\/li>\n<li>Representing the department in all official meetings (within the company and outside the company).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person\u2019s Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: A degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Postgraduate qualification in Actuarial sciences\/insurance\/Health Management\/Health financing or related field is non-negotiable.<\/li>\n<li>In addition, certification\/professional membership of Insurance or actuarial sciences bodies and in related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 10 years post-NYSC experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements\/Competence<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytic skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to properly evaluate and select risk<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong Negotiation and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
