A restaurant group dedicated to bringing the best F&amp;B brands and concepts to Africa, Eat\u2019n\u2019Go feeds your needs.<\/p>\n<p>It has entered the market as the exclusive master franchisee for two great international franchises: Domino\u2019s Pizza, a $6 billion fast food giant and Cold Stone Creamery, a $1.5 billion rising star.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Data Analyst<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who will turn information into insights and help management make smarter data-driven decisions.<\/li>\n<li>The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will support our operational and marketing teams with insights gained from analyzing data.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate is adept at analysing large data sets to find opportunities for product and sales optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he must have strong experience using a variety of data mining\/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights and must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide ongoing reports for actionable decision making<\/li>\n<li>Mine, analyse and interpret data using statistical techniques to drive resource optimization, product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, administer and maintain databases\/data systems<\/li>\n<li>Utilize technical and programming skills to enhance and develop process automation<\/li>\n<li>Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, sales generation and other business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using various statistical techniques<\/li>\n<li>Assess the effectiveness of promotions and promotional activities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop tools to monitor and analyse performance and data accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Master\u2019s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or any other related field. Bachelor\u2019s with relevant skills and\/or experience may also apply<\/li>\n<li>At least 3-6 years relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the food\/hospitality industry is desirable but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem solving skills with an ability to multitask and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Experience using analytical computer languages (R\/Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel user<\/li>\n<li>Experience with report and process automation using MS SQL, VBA and other technologies<\/li>\n<li>Experience querying databases and using statistical techniques<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience creating and using machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, scenario analysis, modelling, clustering, decision trees, Sentiment Analysis(NLP) etc.<\/li>\n<li>A drive to learn, master and recommend new technologies and techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com\/EatNGoLimited\/743999669155947-data-analyst?trid=162ef3c2-cdcc-47a9-8327-c69d95269302\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Apply Here<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Restaurant Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managers are trained and required to handle all aspects of managing the business; from the preparation of food to the delivery of the final product, hiring, firing and the profit and loss.
