AVA has three major arms which have been streamlined to meet our customer\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating internal resources for the flawless execution of projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope.<\/li>\n<li>Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Project managers are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee.<\/li>\n<li>They thrive when planning projects and working with project teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Report and escalate to management as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk management to minimize project risks.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain relationships with third parties.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure resource availability and allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.<\/li>\n<li>Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in oil and gas.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>PMP \/ PRINCE II certification.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nVery attractive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@alfred-victoria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@alfred-victoria.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>30th April, 2018.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Any application received after this time will be automatically rejected.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alfred &amp; Victoria Associates is one of Nigeria\u2019s leading ICT solution based company.
