LoftyInc\u2019s work cuts across infrastructure, energy and social impact sectors (education, healthcare and agriculture); where it leverages technology, global partnerships &amp; best-in-class processes.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Programs and Operation Executive<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with Board to make decision for operational activities and set strategic goals.<\/li>\n<li>Support management to coordinate implementing new\/existing programs and ensure reliable data retrieval.<\/li>\n<li>Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Review program plan implementation to meet changing needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and designing programs and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the program\u2019s budget.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce cost<\/li>\n<li>Assist upper management in setting goals that promote company growth<\/li>\n<li>Improve the business processes for each department through analysis and collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Get involved in long-term business planning at the managerial and executive level<\/li>\n<li>Organization of fiscal document<\/li>\n<li>Regular meetings with partners around fiscal planning<\/li>\n<li>Grant writing and BD in other to identify everywhere and anywhere to get funds.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation regularly the efficiency of business procedures per organizational objectives and apply improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationship\/agreements with external partners\/vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Have a national oversight of Day to Day Operations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to establish regulation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage team workloads to meet goals and deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in any relevant field preferably Business Management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 2 or more in Programs and Operations Executive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstration of strong oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of the English language and MS Office tools.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and strategic analysis thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>31st May, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LoftyInc Allied Partners, is an enterprise development company that supports start-up teams, innovation enterprises and social impact projects in West Central Africa.
