The bank was incorporated in 2008 and is duly licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria as a microfinance bank.<\/p>\n<p>The bank requires suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Relationship Officer Trainee<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Relationship Officer is an entry-level position with the responsibility to generate new businesses and deepen customers\u2019 experience in our Retail &amp; Micro-Enterprises group.<\/li>\n<li>Selected candidates will undergo an intensive, structured and competency-building programme comprising both classroom and on-the job training to equip them for top-level performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell loan and deposit products to new customers by\u00a0 direct prospecting<\/li>\n<li>Actively cross-sell products to existing and new customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure loan requests\u00a0 are packaged in line with credit policy &amp; procedures of the bank<\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on suitable financial services \/products for their needs<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a point of contact for customers on all service enquires across our major channels<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain productive business relationship with clients<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the loan portfolio and follow up on repayment.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to date with Clients needs and Industry trends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills and Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit\/Second Class Lower and must have concluded NYSC.<\/li>\n<li>Daring, Decisive and Self Driven<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft Office(MS Word,Excel &amp;Power-Point)<\/li>\n<li>Strong time-management and effective organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and achieve work deadliness in an environment of competing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must not be more than 28 years old<\/li>\n<li>Strong Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Confident, ambitious and a competitive attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s and a Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@addosser.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@addosser.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>18th May, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Addosser Microfinance Bank Limited is an innovative financial institution\u00a0 dedicated to improving the living condition of everyday people through value-added financial products and services.
