Communication<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct operations at several locations within assigned region.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with department heads to create strategic plans aligned with company objectives and review historical operations data and reports to identify areas for improvement and innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate, motivate and assess medical representatives and grassroots executives through aggressive planning.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contacts with financial center personnel, processionals and personal contacts to build referrals.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.<\/li>\n<li>Provide trainings, educational workshops and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.<\/li>\n<li>Appreciate the contributions and accomplishments of sales employees through proper rewarding mechanism.<\/li>\n<li>Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.<\/li>\n<li>Manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with zonal sales manager to enhance sales performance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.<\/li>\n<li>Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.<\/li>\n<li>Meet\/exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expectations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s degree in Pharmacy or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze team performance with meaningful results.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.<\/li>\n<li>Must be confident, assertive, results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Goal-oriented with proven ability to get results.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience in pharmaceuticals with at least seven years\u2019 in similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with databases, statistics and product lines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management skills;
